(RELO'-ชะอำ,หัวหิน) พนักงานต้อนรับกะกลางคืน - Personal Assistant (Night Duty)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities 1. Work follows all standard sequences & procedures (guest service standard) 2. Responsible for all hotel operations during the night shift 3. Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times 4. Perform ‘Guest service agent’ in night shift for night check-in/out, case handling and guest room service request 5. Monitor all reservation part such as inquiry statistics, rooms & price information providing, knows the selling status for plan, etc. in night shift (support afternoon shift) 6. Manage booking, room status and related data with hotel software (PMS Smart Finder) in night shift (support afternoon shift) 7. Enthusiasm (Engagement/Multitasking/Volunteer/Teamwork) 8. Ensure hygiene and safety management in all process Qualification - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in hospitalities, or related field - 1-5 years working experience in hospitalities field (Fresh graduated is warm welcome) - Good command of Thai/English proficiency - Able to use Microsoft Office (hotel software is plus) - Able to flexible shift and work under pressure - Service mind and multitasking are mandatory
