หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Create and develop standard process and procedure all function work in resident section
- Plan, organize, and manage daily work of team to ensure the highest degree of guests’ satisfaction
- Manage booking, resident, and customer relationship system
- Manage the inventory and procurement process to consist with the demand and supply
- Ensure good hotel image with managing public relation
- Ensure the room attendants, checking in-out, booking, and other related activities is operated in time manner
- Ensure the maintenance process: the electrical equipment, room component, hotel facilities, and other are operating in proper manner
- Ensure all working equipment/tool is in proper working order and storage
- Ensure quality of all activity and cleanliness to meet the standard set
- Ensure hygiene and safety management in all process
- Manage and provide service beyond customer expectation
- Manage and create work schedule for team and shift
- Manage team and bring the best out from their potential
- Train, improve and evaluate staff performance
- Control cost and budget setting
- Conducting monthly report to management
- Analyze problem and inform solution

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in hospitalities, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the hospitalities field
- Managing people and coordinate skill is mandatory
- Analysis and presentation skill is required
- Good command of Thai/English proficiency
- Able to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Able to work long hours, weekend, and under pressure
- Have abilities resolve problems when the hotel is busy
