หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Control in-out of both recipes and ingredients of the food & beverage division 2. Compare recipes and ingredients of usage amount with sales volume to verify accuracy & development 3. Control the access and exit of utensils, equipment, and machine involved in the operation of the food & beverage division. 4. Participate in promotion and sales improvement of our restaurant 5. Take responsibility for activities that develop in food &beverage such as food testing, and product development. etc. 6. Prepare other related documents such as checklist & purchase requests 7. Other coordination and other tasks assigned by senior operation development 1. ควบคุมการเข้า-ออกทั้ง recipe และ ingredients ของ food & beverage division 2. เปรียบเทียบยอดการใช้ ingredients food &beverage กับยอดที่ขายได้เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง 3. ควบคุมการเข้า-ออก utensil, equipment, machine ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการทำงานของ food & beverage division 4. ร่วมเสนอและรับผิดชอบดูแลโปรโมชั่นและการปรับปรุงยอดขายของร้านอาหาร 5. ร่วมรับผิดชอบกิจกรรมที่พัฒนาในส่วนของ food &beverage เช่น food testing, product development 6. จัดทำเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น check list, purchase request เพื่อปรับปรุง outlet ให้เหมาะสมกับหน้างาน 7. ประสานงานทั่วไป และหน้าที่อื่นๆที่ไ้ดรับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
