Create and develop procedure of cooking with new standard (Food preparation & Food production process & Food recipe)
Menu design and set new recipe (Product Knowledge (Food Menu)
Manage inventory, utensils in kitchen & purchase order in term of main store standard
Monitor performance and output of kitchen staffs in accordance with SOP (period following)
Ensure hygiene and safety management in all process

Living near store location is specially considered
