Manage daily operation of the store from outlet preparation, guest arrival until departure
Assist to develop store strategy to raise customer’s pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Provide the best customer experience and daily conduct case management in the store
Complete store operational requirements, task assigning on under staffs and following on work performance to highest productivity
Manage under staffs & bring the best out from their potential (including coaching and training course making with HR Department)
Communicate company strategy and conduct team to accomplish expected results
Ensure store visual, appearance and product placement
Manage inventory, shelf life and diminish waste & loss
Inventory record summary and stock control (In-Out log, recipe measurement, par stocks, etc.)
Ensure hygiene and safety management in all process

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, hospitalities or related field
Age 35 years old+
Minimum 5 years working experience in service field
Good command of Thai/English proficiency
Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & restaurant software is plus)
Able to flexible shift and work under pressure
Service mind and multitasking are mandatory
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Decision making, Problem-solving and strong analytical ability
Enthusiasm (Engagement/Multitasking/Volunteer/Teamwork)
