Provide the best customer experience and daily conduct case management in the store
Assist to develop standard sequence & procedure of all tasks (F&B service standard)
Beverage recipe & cost creating
In charge as F&B Service staff both in taking care of customer in the restaurant and beverage making
Manage menu and related data with restaurant software (POS)
Assist to planning a package of banquet & function party with table management, budget, manpower, etc.
Inventory management controlling : manage stock, shelf life and diminish waste & loss
Ensure store visual, appearance and product placement
Manage under staffs and bring the best out from their potential
Communicate company strategy and conduct team to accomplish expected results
