Workshop Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Summary Reporting to the Managing Directors of AAG, the Workshop Operations Manager is responsible for managing farm operations and workshop team to the company in Phattana Nikhom Warehouse in Lopburi. Ex-Army Engineer is advantage. This position will require English written and spoken communication and organizational skills. Work Location: 999/3-4 Moo 9 Phattana Nikhom, Lopburi 15140 Thailand and travel as required. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machines, and facilities and performs crop production activities. Provide direct supervision over staff to include discretionary authority to determine methods of work; plan, assign and direct the work. Monitor farm operations and workshop activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standard. Perform maintenance and repair on all farm equipment as needed such as troubleshooting malfunctions and completing minor/major repairs. Plan, organize, and prioritize workload of team so that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Organize Storage Areas: Restocking shelves and organizing how and where materials are stored, creating an efficient system, and keeping a clean warehouse. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean supply area and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Cooperate with related department to improve products quality and safety environment. Provide knowledge and encourage subordinates to realize quality machine maintenance management and the environment continues shared with the management team. Develop and maintain effective communications between Corporate Management, other employees, and any other individuals that affect the operations of the farm. Reports to and works directly for the MD and Finance Director to ensure smooth management and operation, assists the MD and other Company Directors in a range of duties. Performs other duties as assigned by the management team.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. 10 years’ work experience. Experience in working with the army or military service. Ex-Army Engineer is advantage. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Excellent computer knowledge (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
