หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Verify the formular the daily Sales reports of all the branches & Franchisee - Check all the Bank Accounts whether the amount are tallying with Sales or Not - Recheck & Record Income transactions in ERP system(AX) / Recheck the amount inventory on sale invoices in part of IDS WHO - Bill all the franchisee for the required services of good we sent - Follow-up with all the franchisees for the receivables by seeing the A/R Aging Reports - Assist the Chief Accountant for the required Report & Transactions - Preparing & recheck all invoices of Royalty fee to Customer International under GC Account - Recheck item inventory compare amount sales vs cost in ERP System (AX) - Verify item inventory when export goods to customer International before Post in ERP System (AX) - Co-ordinate with the IOA Department for the receivable international - Co-ordinate with IDS & Franchisee,OPS for receivable domistic
