หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities • Main Responsibilities develop of new products, current product improvement and new suppliers to support the company’s strategy • Conduct sensory test session & analyze the result for current & new products • Communicate product changes that are associated with cost reduction initiative • Manage and follow up the Food Safety standard at local suppliers, supply chain center and DC • Assisting local suppliers to comply Domino’s Food Safety Standard • Ensure all products are from approved suppliers • Conduct product evaluation to maintain high quality ingredients

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requitement • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields • Minimum 2 years in new product development or quality assurance in restaurant business or food industry • Good knowledge in GMP and HACCP • Assertive and good in coaching skill • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skill • Strong communication, influence and good presentation skills • Ability to travel and work in up-country
