หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, influencer marketing, PR, and offline campaigns.
• Plan and monitor promotions, events, and activations tailored to restaurant and hotel target audiences.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients or relevant departments to gather necessary information.
• Research, collect, and organize marketing information for the organization or key competitors to present to the Marketing Manager.
• Prepare reports on marketing-related projects.
• Build brand awareness among target customer groups.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and implement marketing strategies and follow up on results.
• Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, customer behavior insights, and market demand studies.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are carried out as planned.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and feedback.
• Support the management and consistency of brand image in line with corporate strategies.
• Create marketing content aligned with brand identity.

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry will be considered an advantage.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Proficient in computer programs and online marketing tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
