E-Commerce Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Overall control in e/m-commerce channel with end to end business process - Driving traffic to our e-commerce website and mobile application by optimizing comprehensive online marketing programs using all applicable media—SEO, social, email, display and PPC - Flawlessly manage the execution of all of the above; including ongoing collection of email addresses across all channels and customer segments while generating a positive return on all spend - Create marketing campaigns for new product launches and create creative selling campaigns - Work closely with content team, design team and copy writer as it relates to writing and optimizing website and application look& feel and content to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experience. - Track, evaluate and report on all marketing initiatives with the goal of growing the number visits, improving conversion rates, increasing average order value and optimizing spend efficiency - Work as team with other members of the device marketing, Trade and channel management to plan and implement online sales campaigns - Stay on top of developments in online marketing, identify new online marketing opportunities and trends

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum of 7-10 years in eCommerce business or with online marketing experience - Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills; passion for data-driven decision-making - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently (self-starter) and as part of a team in a multitasking environment - Comfort with all Microsoft Office programs Facebook Optimization and Google Analytics - Passion in online - Good command of English language
