• • Review and revise contracts in the company regarding sale contracts, lease agreement, non-disclosure agreement etc. • Prepare and supporting document or data for manage the contracts. • Give the counsel in legal problems. • Contact and communicate with government sector about my work e.g. NBTC, CPB, FDA , BOT and so on. • Preparation of correspondence and documents, such as power of attorney document official document contracts • Provided legal comment and raised the risk in relation to the contractual terms to internal stakeholder and executive, and provided comment in negotiation for the revision of contract in the best interest of the company. • Prepared and drafted letter and legal document for submitting to contractual parties both private and governmental section in Thai and foreign country to ensure that the right and the request of the company are reserved, requested and approved as the case may be. • Check the accuracy of the show According to the rules and conditions of the central sensors. • Other assignment.
