- Planning and manage requirement gathering process. Gather requirement, prepare meeting plan, conduct the meeting with related party, summarize the meeting minute & issue and ensure the completeness of requirement base on IT software engineering process best practice. - Planning and manage system analysis in the view of business process. Analyze business requirement, perform business process, perform configuration design, prepare system prototype and prepare software requirement specification. Perform impact assessment in case that the change requirement affects to current system. Coordinate all changes affect with all related party. - Planning and manage system design process. Perform application design, database design, operation design and application security design. Ensure that all design comply with business best practice, user friendly, system efficiency and secure. - Responsible for quality assurance of software development. - Planning and manage system test process. Perform system integration test, performance test, security test to ensure system quality align with requirement/business process before UAT process/production deployment. - Provide staff consultancy and end user support in area of business process of after sales service. Other assign task.

- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, IT or related fields. - Minimum 1+ years' experience working in ecommerce (Web /Mobile App). - 2+ years' experience working in Business Analyst. - Strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency and focus on deadlines, and highly developed time management skills are a must. - Being flexible and open to regular changes and desire to continue learning and improving - Good communication skills, with the ability to contribute to a collaborative working culture. - Good verbal and written English.
