Responsible for driving sales per target and net profit on E-commerce Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc)
Analyze sell-out data to better understand online shopper behavior and competitive landscape to secure channel strong position.
Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing communication, content team, etc.) or 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverable in timely manner.
Manage the end-to-end process of marketplace operations.
Submit product, flash sale, promotions, and mechanics to join the platform's campaign.
Ads optimization to reach the target and monitor ROAS / ROI
Build, coordinate and manage “Affiliate” programs with outsourced agency, KOLs partnership.
Conduct and monitor live streaming session on marketplace
Monitor and forecast stock.
Monitor and analyze our brands vs. category movement in order measure business performance vs. competitors.
Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget.
Prepare weekly, Monthly performance reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
At least 3 years’ experience in Marketplace or brand.
Analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships.
Strong proficiency in tools such as platform’s tools and Excel.
