1st Level Support – Issue Management: • Receiving all calls from customers within agreed response time • Providing solutions to the customers via phone / email • Log all the call data to ServiceDesk Incident Management system • Dispatch calls to appropriate service partner/vendor • Monitor progress of calls independently. 2nd/3rd Level Support - Problem Management: • Remote Troubleshooting of client and server applications • Provide remote diagnostic to customer system. • Escalate calls which will exceed the "SLA" criteria.
