• • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. • Delegating tasks to team members. • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team. • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team. • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues • Train the team in the usage of new tools • Prepare new processes for the team after the introduction of new customers • Quickly learn and teach new skills to team members

• • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction. • Computer literate. • Confidence and skillful negotiating skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Basic knowledge about Windows • Teamwork and collaboration skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools • Good command of both spoken and written English
