วิศวกรจัดซื้อ (ไฟฟ้า) Purchasing Engineer (Electricity)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Negotiating and managing Bidding Jobs 2. Reviews items to be procured and reviews bid documents; by follow Owner’s Supplier List or any, negotiates prices and quotations, and evaluates alternate suppliers. 3. Enhancing purchasing policies: Manages the entire procurement process, develops purchasing policies and procedures, and prepares performance reports. 4. Developing a sourcing plan: Reviews engineering drawings, accompanies engineers in examining sources of supply, and interviews prospective suppliers. 5.Proceeding other jobs which related about bidding and procurement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Good command of English both spoken and written. 2.Graduated in Bachelor of Engineering especially electrical engineer major. 3.Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in procurement/ electrical industry or a closely related field (Welcome, Entry Level / First Jobber). 4.Prior experience with vendor management (If any) 5.Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation (If any) 6.Previous involvement in cost-reduction initiatives (If any) 7.Hard Skills: Proficiency in procurement software, Strong data analysis skills, Expertise in MS Office, Understanding of technical blueprints and schematics, Knowledge of quality control standards. 8.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, Strong negotiation capabilities, Great attention to group work, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Teamwork and collaboration skills
