Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Plan and implement all of marketing strategies, including end-to-end process for NPD launches, campaigns, promotions, and other supporting activities. - Oversee and strategize the company’s key business functions, which involve retail and online businesses, B2B business, and CRM program. - Manage the company’s brand image through marketing activities, both offline and online. - Plan and oversee online contents (website, social media channels etc.), to align with offline promotions and product launches. - Monitor, analyze and provide insightful recommendations for all marketing campaigns/activities, which include ROI and business outlook. - Plan, manage and allocate marketing budget to achieve the company’s objectives.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or any business related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, and Marketing Communication. - Good command in English (writing, reading, and speaking) - Good command in computer skills and Microsoft Office (knowing online and social media marketing is a plus) - Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. - Team builder, self-starter, enthusiasm, and positive thinking with “can do” mindset. - Sufficient knowledge of cost/expense management and business background. - Proven success in developing marketing strategies and executing activities to develop robust marketing plans.
