SENIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE - Travel Business

The selected candidate is required to co-ordinate all backed operations

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and partnerships with hotels, SPA, Golf and other suppliers
• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines.
• Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.
• Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities.
• Co-ordinate with partners to prepare proposals quickly
• Work with suppliers and assist customers with travel plans and itineraries
• Organize Events and co-ordinate with various parties for successful execution.
• To solve any problems that arise
• Good interpersonal skills as our clients are from all over the world and are sensitive and should be accommodating to people with different cultural backgrounds

Qualifications
• We are looking for a Thai National
• A bachelor's degree in tourism, travel or hospitality is required for corporate travel managers.
• The Ideal candidate should have 2-5 yrs of experience in the travel-related business or in Hospitality business in similar role
• Multi-tasking abilities to take up various activities at the same time
• Should be a self-starter and need to work independently.
• Good communication skills and writing in English are necessary
