หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare invoices, billing documents, and official receipts accurately and on time.
• Verify supporting documents such as Purchase Orders, Contracts, and Delivery Notes.
• Record and reconcile customer payments with bank statements.
• Follow up outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare AR Aging reports, customer balance reports, and monthly AR analysis.
• Support internal and external audit activities by maintaining proper documentation.
• Analyze and improve billing and collection processes to increase efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting.
• Experience in FMCG, Modern Trade, or Online Platform businesses is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTable, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work systematically, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a proactive mindset.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
