Game Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine the project's scope, resources, and timetable
• Prepare estimates and a complete project plan for all project milestones
• Provide stakeholders with a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly status update about project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and difficulties
• Organize and inspire project team members to adhere to their roles and project milestones in order to fulfill project objectives
• Monitor and manage results in aims to discuss problems, conflicts, dependencies, and key path deliverables

• Responsible for project management to assure the development of a high-quality game on schedule
• Planning for game lifecycle development of resources, timelines, budgets, and quality
• Prospect to build an exceptional team, to solve challenges, and to seek better technological solutions so that we could provide the greatest games to players
• Managing issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure project deliverables, commitments, and objectives are met, while efficiently collaborating with the team
• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in any related fields
• Self-motivated, service-minded, and able to work both independently and under pressure
• Able to handle multi-tasks analyze information with priority
• Strong time management mindset & communication skills
• Prioritized experience with agile methodology (standup meeting, scrum, sprint)
• Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in project management is preferred
• Experience in the game / software development business or IT business is preferred
