Lead Senior Full Stack Developer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Wide-ranging in-depth technical knowledge, making high-level designs and architecture
• Explore and build new designs/architectures and code standards targeted toward scalability and performance in collaboration with the team
• Improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of project tasks
• Keep up to date of emerging technologies and how they may be incorporated into our existing and future technology stack
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior members, as well as the ability to make difficult information understandable to non-technical members

• Responsible for project management to assure the development of a high-quality game on schedule
• Planning for game lifecycle development of resources, timelines, budgets, and quality
• Prospect to build an exceptional team, to solve challenges, and to seek better technological solutions so that we could provide the greatest games to players
• Solving issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure project deliverables, commitments, and objectives are met, while efficiently collaborating with the team
• Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
• Self-motivated, service-minded, and able to work both independently and under pressure.
• Able to handle multi-tasks analyze information with priority
• Prioritized experience with agile methodology (standup meeting, scrum, sprint)
• Excellent knowledge for **Node.js, TypeScript, GoLang, MongoDB, Redis** and **Elastic Search**
• Experience 2-4 years in software architecture design, development, and team management
• Experience in the game / software development business is preferred
