หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist Area Director of Finance and Finance Manager in following related finance activities: • Prepare and analyze required financial information to support Area Director of Finance for monthly performance review calls and adhere to tight deadlines submission to APEC office. • Work with concerned departments in relation to company receivables related matters. • Support to communicate regularly with hotel’s Finance Leaders on finance related matters to ensure consistent compliance with corporate policy. • Work closely with Finance Leaders during monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process. • Follow up submission of monthly and quarterly report required from APEC office timely. • Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up. • Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise well-organized way. • Manage time well and possesses strong organizational skills. • Inform and/or updates the executives and the peers on relevant information in a timely manner. • Handle ad hoc operations issues/projects/assignments.
