หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description The main role is product support to achieve company and team target in terms of market surveillance, product knowledge, product and application support and provide the best solutions to customers. Duties and Responsibilities • Good knowledge in products, pharmaceutical and chemistry segment in term of specification, competitors and training • Research in technical information of products both physical and chemical standards • Provide product document, marketing materials such product configuration set, product highlight spec, operation manual, guides, brochure, etc. • Provide product content, product knowledge and training to internal team and customers • Manage demo devices and support in technical terms to sales and service team and customers • Strategically plan the sales and promotion altogether with sales and marketing team • Publish the academic contents for chemists and researchers via e-Newsletter in order to raising brand reputation and awareness • Consult to customers in products selection according to customer's requirement and specification • Solve customers' issue and follow up to raise customer satisfaction altogether with sales team • Visit customers with sales team to support when presenting company products

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications • Male & female, age 25-35 years • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, Biochemistry, or any related field. • Own Medical Laboratory Technologist License • At least 2 years of experience in researching or laboratory Strong knowledge of nucleic acid is preferable • Good knowledge in laboratory practices and standard operating procedures • Self-motivated, result-driven approach and good team player • Good command in English/Chinese and sense of responsibility • Good interpersonal and communication skill
