• Job Description The Solution Support is responsible for carry out field service function for the products relating to instrument troubleshooting, instrument installation, instrument preventive maintenance procedures and other issues of instrument after sales service. Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for after sales service function • Provide sound consultation on application and related compliance regulatory standards • Perform installation, commissioning, training, application support, calibration services and repairs. • Provide sound consultation on company's product solution and application. Perform adaptations of products, equipment and services. Expand company's spares & services and manage projects, service contracts and relationship with customers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Engineering, or any related field • At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support or Service Engineer, especially in Health Care business is preferred • Strong in analytical and troubleshooting skills • Independent, a team player, flexible and solution driven with agile mindset • Good command in English/Chinese and sense of responsibility • Able to drive and travel in upcountry and be flexible to work out of normal working hours • Own vehicle and driving license
