หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities • Understanding the products and services offered by the company. • Setting a target and developing a marketing strategy for the same. • Calling potential content creators to update them about the recent platforms. • Updating the database with all the content creators' information. • Ensuring the content creators are satisfied by the advantage provided to them. • Using a presentation to handle the content creators efficiently. • Building a strong relationship with the old and existing content creators. • Answering content creators' questions in regards to products and services. • Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations. • Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements • Middle to high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field. • Work experience as a Telesales, or a related job position is a plus. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. • Ability to handle multiple tasks. • Exceptional negotiation skills. • Ability to solve complex problems promptly. • Ability to deal with different personalities. • Good time management skills.
