หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

We’re growing fast and looking for people who are committed, ambitious, team-oriented and planned. เงินเดือน: 50,000 - 65,000 บาท (ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์) สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: คลังสินค้าเขตดอนเมือง - Overall operation resource planning and deployment. Analyze operational scope of requirements, and conduct operational process engineering/ re-engineering - Design and deploy Standard Operation Procedures covering all warehouse sub-divisions i.e. receiving, packing, dispatching, inventory control, etc. Strictly enforce SOP, regularly evaluate operational key result, and adjust/ improve as deem necessary - Manage operational expenses to align with OPEX budget and continuously drive cost saving initiatives. - Implement and maintain higher operational standards i.e. inventory management, operation safety & security, 5S, and GMP development - Lead the full-scope implementation during operational scale-up from facility construction, equipment selection/ sourcing, resource management, project financial control, and IT system design and roll-out - Closely monitor and conduct regular performance review, ensure all operation KPIs are fully achieved and continuously lead operational improvement initiatives. - Responsible for team management, human resource development and operation knowledge training

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - มีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้าอย่างน้อย 10 ปี, ในระดับบริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี - มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี - มีประสบการณ์ในคลังสินค้าเกี่ยวกับอาหาร, E-commerce, Retails, E-Market place จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - มีทักษะทางคอมพิวเตอร์และการใช้เทคโนโลยีในระดับดี - เข้าใจการทำงานของระบบ Intranet - มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีมและการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์หน้างานในระดับดี - สามารถทำงานเป็นกะและทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ - สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่คลังสินค้าเขตดอนเมืองหรือเขตลาดกระบังได้
