Delivery Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Management of the process of car delivery to the customer from booking for test drive to car delivery to provide the best car buying experience for the customer - Handle a third party vendor that provides drivers or - Handle a team of drivers to manage all requests for for test drive and car delivery - Along with the Sales Head, deliver on the sales plan for every month through efficient delivery - Define metrics, team incentives, team structure and processes to achieve business goals - Ensure KPIs delivery: High Customer NPS, High customer conversions, Low TAT for acceptance of requests and delivery of cars - Coordinate with internal stakeholders from fulfilment and external stakeholders for drivers to ensure sales and fulfilment process is run smoothly

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5+ years of experience in managing driver/rider operations in Thailand Previous experience with high-growth startup experience or last-mile logistics companies is an advantage Ability to converse effectively in both English and Thai Drive and hustle for continually developing and running sales operations efficiently Strong analytical ability with a data-driven approach to making decisions Excellent people skills, an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and apply a cross-functional mindset Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and having fun while doing so
