Manager Photo Studio & Listings

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Be the owner of Cars24 photo studio and listing operations - Build, scale and manage a team of Photographers, Inspectors, QC Associates, Drivers, Cleaners and Listing Associates; establish partnerships with 3rd party vendors as required - Along with the Operations Head and Business Intelligence Manager, prepare plans for cars to be catalogued and plan for resources for day-to-day operations - Define the standard operating procedure (SOP) and processes for photo studio and listing operations - Ensure adherence to defined SOP and constantly work towards improvement of cataloguing output - Deliver on KPIs: Improve studio and listing operating efficiency (cost & turnaround times), minimize QC rejections

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 8+ years of experience in cataloguing, photo studio, product listing or related fields and a strong educational background - Ability to converse effectively in both English and Thai - Excellent ability to collaborate and apply a cross-functional mindset - Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge - Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and having fun while doing so - Fluency in the English Language is a must
