• Job description Initiate and execute marketing activities on sms/Line/push notification including campaign briefing, copywriting, content creation, and reporting, analysis, and optimization Gather car industry/customers insight and communication tactics to improve campaign performance leverage CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce/MessageBird/Brzae/Moengage/Onesignal) to create audience segments to target relevant cohorts with appropriate campaigns Adopt a Test & Learn approach to campaign development, carry out regular A/B and multi-variant testing. Utilize a variety of analytics tools including Tableau and Google Analytics to conduct campaign analysis on a daily basis Collaborate with Product Team in enhancing customer experience throughout buying journey and troubleshoot abnormalities that inhibit the efficiency/effectiveness of the campaign Requirement Strong communications skills in both Thai and English Attention to detail to manage mass communication and CRM data Ability to work in fast paced environment, flexible, and quick problem solving Number driven yet possess creativity Years of experience in a Digital Marketer, Marketing Automation, car industry is a plus Excellence in driving CRM campaigns with proven record of improving CTR, delivery rate, opened rate, and conversion
