• Job description - Execute marketing activities on sms/Line/push notification including briefing creative, copywriting, campaign set up, and reporting - Adopt a Test & Learn approach to campaign development, carry out regular A/B and multi-variant testing. - Collaborate across team in gathering fact and insights to optimise campaign performance - Troubleshoot abnormalities that inhibit the efficiency/effectiveness of operations Requirement - Thai and English skills required - Customer centric, creative thinking - Attention to detail to manage mass communication and CRM data - Ability to work in fast paced environment, flexible, and quick problem solving - Excellence in driving CRM campaigns with proven record of improving CTR, delivery rate, opened rate, and conversion
