Finance Associate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Issuing Tax Invoices and Receipts when selling inventory and receiving payments, as well as keeping records of Tax Invoices/Receipts. - Validating customer payments and then updating the sales transaction in the sales system, as well as providing feedback to relevant teams in order to improve the process. - Assisting the bank reconciliation tasks. - Maintenance of Purchase Invoices/Expense Invoices/Sales Invoices, as well as assistance to the finance team and corporate Tax team in filing tax returns on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. - Reconciling inventory checkpoints with the operations and sales teams to ensure data accuracy - Ad-hoc assignments as well as support the commercial team in some project

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 1-2 years of experience in Finance operations (Predominantly in the Used Car/Auto Industry) with a nice educational background. (Fresher can also apply) - Previous experience with Auto Industry Taxation and Compliance. - Ability to converse in both English (50%) and Thai. - Drive and hustle for continually developing and running on ground Finance operations efficiently. - Excellent people skills, an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and apply a cross-functional mindset. - Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and performing up to the expectation of the management.
