Technology Engineer - Infra & Security

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure systems & network.
• Cybersecurity operation - work with division cyber-COE and architect on all Thailand related cyber enhancement, protection and respond. Taking full ownership and control of all aspects of cyber security based on our plan.
• Work with end users and managers to identify and document required network and system service levels working towards meeting service level agreements.
• Overseeing and troubleshooting existing software applications, building, and implementing new software applications and programs, and providing live technical support for end-users.
• Provide valuable insights to a company and make recommendations on improving operations or fixing specific problems using technology.
• Responsible for training both customers and staff on how to use technology.
• Ensure Adoption of technology application by business users and deliver technology to meet business requirements.
• Protect the company through reduction of cybersecurity surface of attach, and technical debt within the organization.
• Work with Technology Manager on fulfilling Continuous Improvement for the technology system.
• Incident management, Service Management, Problem Management, Change Management.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling, and networking hardware (routers, switches, hubs, and UPS’s) and software products.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity roles
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity operations, including Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, DLP, and system hardening
• Knowledge of IT security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and Zero Trust Architecture
• Strong background in backup systems, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies
• Experience in handling cybersecurity incidents, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SCCM, and Intune
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure: routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi controllers
• Skill in Level 200- Level 300 knowledge of one of more of the following technology domains: Infrastructure and networking, Cyber security, Cloud Platform Azure, AWS, or Google, Office 365, Voice and communication, Firewall, Knowledge Management
