หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales, service, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and service KPIs.
• Support sales planning by providing data-driven demand forecasting, and sales target recommendations.
• Analyze service data to identify common issues, warranty trends, and areas for service quality improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and resource allocation.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior management to aid decision-making.
• Work with IT and data teams to improve data quality, integration, and governance across CRM, ERP, and service management systems.
• Support advanced analytics projects, including predictive models for sales and service optimization.
• Maintain and update sales-related databases.
• Stay updated on automotive market trends, customer behavior, and analytics best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with exposure to sales planning and service operations in the automotive sector.
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), and service management software.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud data platforms.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
• Excellent communication in English.
