Parts Manager (ผู้จัดการฝ่ายอะไหล่)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage parts inventory to ensure optimum stock levels, minimize shortages and overstock situations. Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Oversee the sales of automotive parts to customers and internal departments. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with part inquiries, availability, and order status.
• Supervise, train, and motivate parts department staff, including parts clerks and warehouse personnel. Assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Implement and monitor parts department policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze parts sales reports, inventory reports, and financial performance metrics. Recommend strategies for improvement.
• Work closely with service, sales, and finance departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the parts department adheres to company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with inventory software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• High school diploma required; a degree or certification in automotive technology or business management is a plus.
