หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and oversee all purchasing activities to support dealership operations Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand and plan purchasing requirements
• Support both sales and after-sales departments to ensure operational readiness
• Monitor usage trends and adjust purchasing plans accordingly
• Source, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers and service provider
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements
• Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and service quality
• Resolve delivery, quality, and commercial issues with vendors
• Monitor purchasing expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service levels
• Prepare regular purchasing and cost analysis reports for management
• Support planning aligned with business activities and service demand
• Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies, approval procedures, and internal controls
• Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and financial purposes

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, with supervisory experience
• Experience in automotive, dealership, or service-oriented business is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good knowledge of cost control and inventory coordination
• Familiar with ERP, DMS, or purchasing systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Good command of English is a plus
