Assistant Body and Paint Manager / Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bodywork and paint department.
• Ensure that all body and paint processes meet standards for quality and safety
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of body and paint technicians, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and accurately.
• Process: Manage repair process from quotation, negotiation with customers /insurance, posting in EMCS, approval, invoicing and follow up on payment / aging debtors
• Parts: Help manage inventory for body parts and paint materials, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Training: Assist in training and developing staff members, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest techniques and safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of bodywork and paint jobs, providing feedback and support where necessary.
• Reporting: Prepare reports related to department performance, main KPIs and financial indicators
• Growth: Source and explore new growth opportunities
• Customers: Handle customer inquiries and complaints ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive, Mechanical, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in BP related business or relevant skills in automotive
• At least 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a body shop or similar environment
• Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing day-to-day operations
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, including welding, frame repair, and paint application
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to speak proficiently in English
• Possess analytical & problem-solving skills
