• • Plan an interesting and creative marketing communication strategy which match the objectives and goals sets such as increase sales, create brand awareness, brand recognition • Develop nationwide marketing plan, implement new product development from HQ and Local • Research and Analyze Competitors in all aspects and implement the effective strategy • Identify target group, market segmentation • Understand and analyze the data in different parts related to the marketing plan, campaign and used to formulate advertising campaign objectives correctly • Propose marketing and thematic campaign guidelines and contents that aligns with the campaign objectives. • Prepare and develop content to be used in various media channels of the campaign. • Modify, analyze and create content in accordance with the goals • Develop marketing campaign with Thematic theme by using data to increase sales and brand awareness • Collaborate with the team to solve problems and complete the task within the specified time. • Execute Marketing Media, New Store Opening Activities, Local Store Marketing Activities, Ad hoc Marketing Activity • Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager to develop integrated marketing plan • Brief Graphic Designer regarding all marketing collaterals
