• Learn technical knowledge on the jewelry factory processes *Assist in managing the team and prioritizing their tasks according to your direct manager’s instructions *Work with a tight schedule and complete tasks on time *Work and coordinate between related departments (Factory, Marketing, Purchasing) *Draft cost calculation sheets for all items (precious metals, weight, labour, components, etc) - This will be taught during the onboarding process. *Source different raw materials from different departments *Understand and follow clients’ requests (including technical specifications)

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• *Thai writing skill an advantage *Good project management and problem-solving skills *Strong organization skill (multi-tasking, time management, attention to detail) *Knowledge of jewelry trends is a major plus *Someone who lives close by the office or is willing to relocate **Or willingness to learn all the above
