หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Managing System operation all technical aspects, Infrastructure, Network, Server, Backup & Security, Hardware, Software, and user support. Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required ( VMware,Veem) Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications. Monitoring network performance ( FortiGate) Configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software. Documenting policy and procedures and maintain it up to date when changes occur. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or related field · At least 1 - 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Industrial/Network, System · Good knowledge in information security standards and practices including incident response, security technology & tool. · Knowledge of Active Directory. · Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. · Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices. · Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols. · Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources. · LAN, WLAN and WAN network experience. · Native speaker of Thai and Good English communication. · Good service mind.
