หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Managing and overseeing the monthly, quarterly and yearly of full set of accounts. • Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff. • Preparing financial reports and submitting to relevant government entities. • Responsible for all aspects of expatriate management including permit application, renewals, income tax, etc. • Any other duties that may be required by the management that is within your scope. • Full set of accounts include: • Preparing processing and recording of accounts of bank transaction and petty cash payment • Preparing bank reconciliation • Ensuring proper storage of data and proper filing of documents. • Preparing A/R and A/P report and reconcile with month end closing and • customers and supplier statements. • Preparing Journal Vouchers for monthly and year end process. • Preparing and updating of monthly or yearly accounting schedules • Preparing and submitting payroll and social security fund Tax preparation and submission (PND 1, 3, 50, 51, 53, 54, 90, 91 PP 30, 36,) • Preparing and submitting annual financial statement report and relevant document • Closing Financial Statement
