หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Achieve growth and sales target by successfully managing team
• Meeting planned sales goals
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• The ongoing training of your salespeople
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations for problem/issue elimination and develop customer satisfaction
• Direct, Monitor and Report performance of company product’s sales to manager
• Prepare information to develop and Implement sales activities, sales plan and strategies to ensure company objective achievement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Sales (Clinic Industry is preferable).
• Good English communication skill
• Excellent communications, people skills and Excellent in Problem solving
• Opened mind and work under pressure
