Senior IT Lead (Infrastructure & Stabilization)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead IT Stabilization Project: Transform a fragmented, manual IT environment into a standardized, secure, and centralized system
• Asset Management (Priority): Conduct full audit of ~450 IT assets (laptops, mobile, CCTV, network devices, TVs) across all branches and implement a professional Asset Management System with tagging
• Standardization & MDM: Implement centralized identity (SSO) and deploy MDM solution for Windows & Mac environment
• Infrastructure & Networking: Manage and optimize network infrastructure (Zyxel Nebula, firewalls, ISP connections) to ensure stability and security across branches
• IT Governance & Procurement: Establish hardware request workflows, policies, and vendor management (ISP, mobile plans)
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding/offboarding process ensuring full asset and access control
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor 1 Junior IT staff, define processes and ensure service quality
• Security & Compliance: Implement endpoint protection, access control, and IT security best practices

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems, or Network
• Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and ISP management
• Experience in administering Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, security policies)
• Basic understanding of IT security (e.g., endpoint protection, access control)
• Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written)
• Experience with MDM/SSO or a TOEIC score will be an advantage
