Roles & Responsibilities Cashier - Prepare invoice/credit note for students and invoice of others - Collected the tuition fee from parents and collected all income from other source - Receiving the request form from parents such as requesting a refund, comment and feedback from students and parents and process accordingly. - Summarize the daily income report and propose to accounting. - Prepare a report of each type of income as requested. - Responsible for follow up school’s income - Prepare the report of outstanding balance and follow up the result. - Receiving Invoice from suppliers - Selling and preparing uniform and books Accounting - Booking Payable Account Invoice - Ledger Reconciliation
