IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• What we need: SBS is seeking a dynamic, experienced person to join our IT team who is able to communicate in Thai and English Language. Successful applicants will be suitably qualified and experienced, as well as being fully committed to supporting all teachers, staff, departments and schools.
• - To install computers and other hardware
• - To install software on school license
• - Management school software
• - Network infrastructure maintenance and setup
• - Technical support help desk
• - Coordinate with different departments concerning problems having to do with IT
• - Hardware configuration
• - To provide recommendation for hardware, peripheral and software to the IT manager
• - Administer active directory user account
• - Administrate the school email system
• - Internally administrate user permissions
• - Report and analyze server problems including, Web Trends, Server Reports, Service Reports, etc. directly to the IT manager
• - Create Share Folder and permission for staff
• - Coordinate with supplier for new technology updates
• - Manage and maintain school documents flow; electronic workflow (e-workflow)
• - End user training

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai Nationality is preferred
• - Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science or related fields
• - Good command of English and able to communicate
• - At least 1 years of proven experience in IT Support
• - Experience working in school will be highly considered
• - Ready to start work in the Academic Year 2026.
