หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Executing end-to-end talent acquisition process (sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiation, and onboarding), • Review resumes and assess interview performance and also complete all screening activities. • Work closely with the hiring manager to understand their needs, requirements and expectations. • Create and submit job post on both internal and external channels including social media. • Manage the timely and quality hiring for vacant and new positions based on requirement. • Create roadshow or campus recruitment activities to increase the chances of finding candidates with specific talents.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field • English can be used as working language • At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience with management skill • Able to work under pressure. • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Excellent organizational and time management skills
