หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee and manage the live streaming operations to ensure high-quality broadcasts and user engagement.
• Supervise the live streaming team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
• Assist the supervisor in managing and setting schedules for team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor live streaming metrics and analyze data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of live streaming content with the overall educational goals of PalFish.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to live streaming and provide solutions to maintain uninterrupted service.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our broadcasts.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience in live streaming operations, preferably in an educational or entertainment setting.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with live streaming software and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the education industry or with online learning platforms is a plus.
