Affiliate KOL Specialist (BD)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok KOLs, KOCs, and Affiliate Creators, with a focus on parenting, family, and education content creators.
• Identify, source, and engage high-potential TikTok creators to join the affiliate program and drive student enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and affiliate partners.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute affiliate campaigns, including campaign briefs, promotional activities, and content schedules.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, commission structures, and partnership agreements with creators.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, including active creators, leads, enrollments, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Live Streaming teams to optimize campaign performance and achieve enrollment targets.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, creator insights, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and expand the affiliate creator network.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Social Commerce, or TikTok Affiliate.
• Experience working with parenting & family, education, children's products, or EdTech brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, creator marketing, and affiliate campaigns.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good command of English is a plus
