• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation complied with the related outside rules and regulation Plan and manage the company cashflow and also financial operation. Seek out and manage sources of fund and manage the company funding and also the project investment and feasibility Manage and monitor the budget planning and management within the company Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company Research and analyze financial reports and market trends Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making Review financial data, prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to executives, board members, and stakeholders
