Senior System Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Implement System solution to support the business needs through strong knowledge of routing and switching. - Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services. - Perform design and configuration of network for performance tuning with better reliability. - Keep up-to-date with products and technologies of - Server, Storage, Database, Network, UNIX, Linux, Switch, IP Routing, - Virtualization System, VMware ,Database System ,Microsoft SQL server, and SAP Support business projects related to System and completing assignments within committed timeframes. - Responsible for establishing, executing and tracking project plans. - Ability to work effectively as a team member and ability to travel at short notice. - Work with support team to resolve technical issues. - IT Support experience of IT systems in retail environment (POS, CCTV, TV Digital signage, Database), would be an advantage. Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and support computer systems and networks incl. POS, Printers, Scanners, Wi -Fi, Desktops, Laptops and Tablets - Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, network and security technologies (Google workspace,O365, - Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure ,GCP,AWS ,VMWARE - Practical experience in IT support including Service Desk, System monitoring, Backup & restore, Patching & Malware protection. - Ensure hardware equipment specifications, features, licenses met the agreed term between vendors and related parties.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields. At least 3-5 years of experience in System Engineer. 2.Knowledge in Server, Storage, Database, Network, UNIX, Linux, Switch, IP Routing, and Virtualization System, Microsoft SQL server, and SAP will be in advance 3.Knowledge of VMware / Cloud technology would be advantage. 4.Manage project teams for delivery on time and within budget, and coordinate and delegate cross project initiatives 5.Planning the overall project and monitoring the progress 6.Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce project reports for management and stakeholders 7.Learning about product updates and new technologies. 8.Strong problem-solving skills. 9.Positive attitude toward team working and willing to work hard.
